- Eligibility for Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to contact us to report any issues with your item, and you have up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date to send the product back to us. If the item remains in your possession for more than 7 days after delivery, it will be considered a final accepted product, and we will not be able to approve a refund or replacement request, with no exceptions. - Return Requirements
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, kept in the original factory packaging, with no damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, or intentional modification by the customer. When you submit a return request, you must provide us with the valid shipping tracking number for the return package, the specific reason for your return, and your correct postal code to help us process your application quickly. - Quality Issue Exchanges
If your received item has confirmed manufacturing defects, obvious damage that was not caused during your use, or does not match the product description on our website, you can contact us within the 7-day window to request an exchange for an identical good-quality piece. We will arrange the exchange process for you after we receive and inspect the returned defective item. - Shipping Fees for Returns
For eligible returns that do not involve confirmed quality issues from our side, the return shipping cost will be split equally between the seller and the buyer. For returns caused by verified product quality problems on our part, we will take full responsibility for the return shipping fees. - Partial Refund Notes
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund application. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment account within a reasonable processing period, depending on the refund speed of your payment method provider. - Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized animal oil painting ornaments that are made specifically according to your unique requirements are not eligible for return or refund, unless there are confirmed serious quality issues with the finished product.
