- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Our processing hours run from Monday to Friday, excluding official public holidays in Hainan Province, China. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be handled on the next working business day. - Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping for all animal oil painting ornaments, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. This timeline does not include unexpected delays caused by customs inspections, extreme weather, or local logistics disruptions that are outside our direct control. - Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold
Exact shipping fees will be clearly displayed to you at checkout before you complete your payment. We offer free standard shipping for all eligible orders that meet our minimum purchase requirement, which will be automatically applied to your cart once you reach the set threshold. - Shipping Restrictions & Delivery Areas
We currently ship to most major regions around the world. However, there are a small number of remote areas or countries with special import regulations that we cannot deliver to. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, please send an email to mazx8989@sina.com for confirmation before placing your order. We do not deliver to PO boxes in some regions to ensure the safe signature of your fragile art ornaments. - Customs & Duties
For international orders, any applicable import duties, taxes, or related customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not calculated or collected by us at checkout. We recommend you check your local customs policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected extra costs. - Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status in real time.
